For the benefit of other guests as well as ourselves (living in the adjacent farmhouse) we have a strict set of house rules that we insist upon. Guests who ignore these rules may be asked to leave immediately

• No Smoking or Vaping inside. (Smoking or Vaping is permitted outside in the designated smoking area)
• Sorry but we DO NOT ALLOW PETS on the premises (for various reasons including hygiene and allergies)
• No Third party bookings or Unregistered Guests without prior arrangement with us
• No illegal, antisocial or commercial use of the premises.
• No Parties or events Max 2 persons per apartment although we make exceptions for infants 0-2year
• Noise kept to a minimum after 10.30pm
• Check in from 3pm Check out by 10 am
