Our prices range from £100 to £150 per night depending time of year and length of stay
Booking Direct through our website guarantees the lowest prices, greatest range of dates and buyer protection through Visa or Paypal
Please note we operate a Minimum 2 night stay policy

Are the Apartments suitable for longer term stays?
The majority of our guests stay Monday to Friday or Friday to Sunday however many guests have stayed for several weeks and our pricing structure does discount longer bookings.
To make these longer stays more comfortable we offer access to laundry and alternative cooking facilities.
If you are looking for longer stays please get in touch. If you are worried about our availability we may be able to shuffle Apartments to create availability.
You would also be welcome to come and view what we have on offer.

How convenient is the location in terms of airports and transportation options?
We are 10 minutes drive from Junction 10 of the M25 London ring road
30 minutes drive from both Heathrow and Gatwick
7 minutes drive from Woking Train Station which has regular fast trains to Waterloo in Central London that take 25minutes.
Portsmouth and the South Coast is 1hr’s drive away.
There is a bus service through Send from Woking to Guildford however we feel this is not the most efficient service and Guests are probably better served by their own cars or Taxis.

Is Parking available at the properties and do you have EV Charging facilities?
Yes each Apartment has its own private secure parking place which also has EV charging facilities at 35p/Kwh.
If you are coming in two cars then one can be parked in front of the other in their bay.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is anytime from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Is Breakfast Included?
YES and NO! The breakfast we provide is limited to dried cereal (being Weetabix or Alpen) together with Milk and Orange Juice, Coffee and Tea.
PLEASE NOTE we DO NOT do any cooked breakfasts on the premises.
Some of our guests bring their own bread for the toaster and/or create their own breakfast.
If guests prefer a more substantial breakfast then we highly recommend a visit to the cafe in the village called Astalet.

What is your Cancellation/Refund policy
Only having the two apartments we have a fairly strict cancellation policy vis a vis refunds.
If guests cancel two weeks before arrival date then we are happy to refund in full.
If guests cancel between one and two weeks before arrival then we will refund 50%
If Guests cancel within 7 days of the arrival date then there are no refunds.
We realise this is quite harsh however with such short notice we are unlikely to get re-booked.
